2. Lungo: the main luxury 4 person apartment: first floor: a spacious 5 meter high living room, table for 14 people, seating area, open kitchen, lots of space, big fridge, freezer,  induction plates, espresso machine, dishwasher, toilet
Second floor: open loft with TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. Airconditioner. Outside: on both sides a terrace and a pizza oven plus barbecue.
3. Cappuccino: romantic apartment (2-4 people): 2 spacious rooms, toilet and bathroom. The bedroom has a free-standing bath and two sinks. Small windows with view on Assisi and Perugia. Living room with windows on all sides, including a Roman window, open kitchen, sofa bed, own entrance to the patio with 4 person table and a path to a private lower hidden terrace.
Each floor in the house is cooled in the summer and heated in winter times.
