In 2017 the house was restored to a very high standard and is part of an ancient palazzo in the historic centre of Nardò, 50 minutes from Brindisi airport, 10 from the beach & 20 from Lecce and Gallipoli. Luxurious touches include thick Egyptian cotton towels, linen sheets, and bathrobes in every room. Bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. The lounge has a large seating area as does the cosy study, with an open fireplace for the winter months. Perfect for families or groups of 6 or 7 people.

The space

There are three large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a large living room with plenty of seating, a spacious well equipped kitchen/dining room and a study with a fireplace for the winter and a seating area. Bedroom 1 can either have a king size or twin beds, Bedroom 2 has a super kingsize bed, Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed (can be twin beds) and has plenty of room to add another single bed.

The tranquil courtyard garden has comfortable, built in divans, sun loungers and a table in the shade which can seat 16. Feel free to pick your own herbs! The indoors table can seat 12 and there is everything you could possibly need in the way of kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware.

The house is equipped for up to 14 people dining in the garden or dining room if you wish to entertain guests. The courtyard garden is perfect for eating and entertaining whilst the 3 separate bedroom all have seating areas for reading or private time.

All rooms are air conditioned.

If you are staying for an extended period then a weekly and mid-weekly cleaning service is available. Additional cleaning is available at an extra charge.
