VILLA DI CARA RULES

Check-in: after 04,00 PM - Check-out: before 11.00 AM

Keys and gates remote control

Two bunch of the following N. 2 keys are consigned upon arrival:

- Remote controller of the main driveway gate of Via Dei Castagni n. 35;

- Villa Di Cara - Alarm key;

- Key of driveway gate of Via Belvedere 3/A;

- Key of the armored door (located on the east side of the main Villa);

- Key of the dependence door ;

- Security box key (located inside the study on ground floor)

All the keys and remote controller should be given back before the check-out, otherwise € 12,00

for each key, € 30,00 for each security box key and € 40,00 for each remote controller or alarm Key

will be charged.

Video entry phone

You can open the main driveway gate located on Via dei Casagni 35 both from the main villa at

ground or first floor and from the dependence.

Press the first button on the higher part of the entry phone to open the gate and press the n. 2 or

n. 3 button in order to view the gate zone on the display. If the image disappears just press the n.

2 or n. 3 button again.

Security box

The security box usage is free of charge. All of the two keys of the security box should be given

back before the check-out, otherwise € 30,00 for each key will be charged. The property owner is

not responsible for money, jewels or any other things deposited inside the house or inside the

security box.

Bedrooms

Two of the main villa bedrooms are equipped with a sofa bed: please ask before your arrival if you

need to use it, two of the main villa bedrooms can be arranged both with two single beds or with a

king size bed: please ask before your arrival if you need the twin or double bed.

Each bedroom’s door is equipped with key or other closing systems: please don’t extract the keys

from the doors.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping services are not included.

Upon your arrival the house will be clean and equipped with clean bed linen and pillow and clean

towels in each bathroom. The standard set is composed by n. 2 bath towels, n. 2 hand towels, n. 2

small towels and n.2 beach towels. Towels for sunbed are also available. The cot will be delivered,

upon request, with a pillow and n. 2 bed linen sets.

Each bed is equipped with an extra pillow and a blanket located in the wardrobe inside the

bedrooms.

Bed linen and towel set will be changed once a week. Daily towel and linen changes are available

at extra charge and it should be requested before your arrival.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included. Are not included the cleaning kitchen services.

Food and beverages can be purchased directly by the guests in the minimarket located in the Lari

central (mt. 500 from Villa Di Cara). Also available in Lari central the butcher, bakery, ready-to-take

food, artisan ice cream shop.

Food (just grocery) and beverage purchasing service is available upon request for shops located

within 10 km from the property at an extra cost of € 15,00 added to the total receipt of the store.

It is not possible to purchase pizza and other cooked foods and deliver them to the villa.

Breakfast can be available at an extra charge from 08:30 AM to 10:30 AM and it will be served

inside the dinette or outside, in front of the kitchen, depending on the weather conditions and

your requests. The breakfast services will be closed on 10.30 AM. Please refer to extra services list

for more information.

Lunch and dinner services can be available at an extra charge and it includes table clearing service

and dishes/glasses washing up. Please ask us upon your arrival.

.An extra charge of € 20 per day will be charged if the waste is not separated.

Extra services will be paid in cash at the end of each week.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa Di Cara and Dependence.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool, located just in front of the main villa, is available all day long. The pool is deep

cm. 125 and not suitable for children who have to be accompanied by adults capable of

intervening in case of need.

It is forbidden to dive in the pool without having previously body showered.

The swimming pool will be cleaned up on early morning by service staff who will equip the sun bed

with sun lounger pads and beach towels.

Each guest can get one beach towels and one sun lounger pad covering towels and, upon request,

will be available one white hand towel. Sun lounger pads and towels will be removed on sunset

and recovered in a closed room, under the dependence, during the night. Additional chairs and

sunbeds are available upon customer request.

Additional towels are available inside the with wardrobe located in the underground room next to

the swimming pool where also two showers and a toilet is placed.

Access to swimming pool technical room is not allowed to guests.

Gym

A small gym is located in the underground room next to the swimming pool.

Snooker billiard.

Billiard for snooker games or the American pool is available in the villa.

ACCESSORIES: 4 biliard cue of cm. 145 for Pool, 1 set 16 balls from Pool mm. 57.2, 1 set 22 balls

for Snoker from 54.2, 1 set of 9 balls from mm. 59, 1 set of 5 pins, 1 wooden triangle for Pool,

1 triangle for Snooker.

Billiard damage and accessories: the stains and / or the damage of the billiard cloth involve a

charge of € 700,00 for the replacement of the cloth.

Electricity, gas and water consumption

Electricity, gas and water consumption are not included in the villa's rent. A reading of the

respective meters will be made upon arrival and the reading at the start will be made. The costs

that the customer will have to pay are as follows: electricity: € ........ per Kw; gas € ........ per cubic

meter; water € .......... per cubic meter. Prices are indicative and may change according to market

trends (please refere the form DEPOSIT TO WARRANTY DAMAGE / CONSUMPTIONS / FINAL

CLEANING). The amount of the aforementioned utilities will be deducted from the deposit and the

difference returned to the Customer. Please, in the interest of the Customer, to limit consumption,

especially electricity, by deactivating the air conditioners when there are no people in the rooms.

Deposit

Requested the deposit of € 2.000,00 in cash for damages, electricity/methane gas/water consumptions and

final house cleaning (€ 80,00 for ground floor end € 30,00 / € 50,00 for each used bedroom).
